GKFF Data Dictionary

Overview

The Impact Tracking application is powered by a combination of national, state, local, and GKFF-sourced data. Each Focus Area contains a unique set of KPIs designed to measure progress toward GKFF’s goals across program pillars.

This article provides a high-level overview of how KPI information is organized and where to find detailed definitions.

All KPI-specific information is documented directly within each Focus Area article:

Within each Focus Area, KPIs are grouped by their associated Program Pillar.

Each KPI entry includes:

  • Metric Name
  • Measure Description (what the indicator represents)
  • Source (where the data originates)
  • Refresh Date (the most recent date for which data is available)

This structure ensures that program officers and stakeholders can quickly understand what is being measured, why it matters, and how frequently new data will be available.
